Yeah, I know, It's been a while!
INS interview next week.
Hoping to go back to SA in April.
Missing family.
Have great friends.
Going to the dog park with 3 dogs tonight.
Saw Eastern Promises last night, realistic murders, good story.
Going to see Alien vs. Predator: Requiem Friday, even though the trailer looks absolutely terrifying!
Go see Juno, you will like it, even if you thought the trailer was lame and stupid. The music is fantastic!
Wish it would get cold, my bulbs are not going to come up and bloom unless it gets cold enough. It took a lot of effort and hard work to get them in the ground I will be very sad if they don't bloom...although if I go to SA I probably won't see them anyway...hrm. But then again we are in extreme drought so I can't water them :( Seems like my bulbs are doomed.
We are experiencing an extreme drought...mayor is calling for 25 Gallon/day/person restrictions with heavy fines and a water rate increase. Going to be a tough spring/summer unless the rains/snow come soon!
Lots of work to be done on the house, cm (~half inch) by cm (~half inch) it will get done.
Gained a dog and a cat (both females), over the holiday...our house is now a zoo! 3 dogs and 4 cats. Thank goodness for dog and cat door's or I would loose my sanity...not that I have much.
Thanks to Tommy for the comment. Better now?

Ahhhhh . . . I knew you had stuff going on. All this drought talk is making me thirsty . . .
Now I don't have to post to my blog, because you've done a rockstar job summarizing what we've been up to. ;) Thanks, Sugarlumpchummyyummyumpkin.
Hi Taryn, I hope your "interview" goes well. I hope to visit NC in Feb, may be we can visit??? Ihoep all is well with you and Chris!
Love,
Carla
Hey Taryn (and Chris!), Nice to see some news from you; I wasn't aware of the shortages, but it's nice to have some animals to love isn't it? Are you guys still in Washington? Ciao, Just
Howzit! Forgot you had a blog for a bit there ;)
Can't we do rain-share or something. We're getting way to much here - it's seriously European weather. My lawns starting to rot and the dogs are kicking up big chunks of it! :(
Laters!
Andrew
