Pictures of the new house as promised!
These were taken when the inspections were done so all the furniture etc. belongs to the homeowners who we bought the house from.
I think some paint, carpet and work on the hardwood floors is a must.
There is much to be done, and we will tackle the projects as best and when we can.

hey, awesome house! I have calculated that, after about 78.5 years of work, I *may* be able to put a down payment on a garden shack here in Silicon Valley.. but hey, that is the price you pay for cali sunshine :)
